Helping to inform and inspire young people
Young People were set a series of experimental drawing and collage based tasks which asked students to explore - Where do you feel happy in the city? What makes you feel welcome in the city?
We used found images of structures, building and maps combined with images connected to the human figure and physical presence of being within spaces. Outcomes sparked thoughtful and deep conversations about how we occupy the city, our place within it, ownership of environments and how we would like our own designs this week to project new ways for living in the city - we talked about lots!
These collages are of our dream buildings or perhaps how we would build our dreams ?
